Abstract Here the author describes the construction of a research scheme putting the notions of territorialisation, precept and story on the same level, in a structure of flow between smooth and striated spaces. The commentary underlines three breaks in the flow. The first is philosophical, and refers to the ideas of Deleuze and Boulez; it contemplates the topography of the piece of work. The second is ontological; it deals with the place of the instant of creation in a “chain of continuous explosions”. The third is practical; it concerns the voluntary processes or exposition of pieces of work.
